• You participate in all activities at your own risk
• You are responsible for monitoring your own health and fitness during training
• You will stop exercising immediately if you experience any pain, discomfort, or other adverse symptoms
• GrowthPilotix is not liable for any injuries or health complications that may arise

Payment Terms

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

• All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is due in advance for all services unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds may be available in accordance with our refund policy
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the GrowthPilotix website and in our services are owned by or licensed to GrowthPilotix. This includes but is not limited to:

• Training programmes and workout routines
• Exercise demonstrations and instructional videos
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software and technical systems
• Trademarks and service marks

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from GrowthPilotix.
